Roundtable on Workforce Skills

The Centre is the secretariat for the Roundtable on Workforce Skills (RWS). The Roundtable is comprised of senior leaders from business and labour, and co-chaired by the Presidents of the Canadian Labour Congress and Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and the Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. It explores labour market trends, future workforce needs, etc. The results of its deliberations will inform the policies, programs and practices of government, business and labour, as well as the work program of the Centre.
